PRICING
Our Price List: We Only Publish What We Have Evidence For
Quick answer
Below are the price ranges we currently have reliable market evidence to support — every line states its unit (per spot / per sq ft / per item) to avoid the unit ambiguity that's common in this market. Window seepage and surveyor reports don't have reliable enough evidence yet, so this table deliberately carries no figure for either; actual pricing always follows an on-site assessment.
Price list
| Service | Reference price | Unit / note |
|---|---|---|
| Injection grouting (PU) | HK$2,500-3,500 | Per spot; spot-count cap agreed before work starts |
| Leak detection with written report | HK$8,000-12,000 | Includes the report; a pricing-guide figure, not invoiced data |
| Bathroom waterproofing (surface, no demolition) | HK$3,500-7,000 | For cases with ageing plaster/coating and a sound structure |
| Bathroom waterproofing (full strip-and-rebuild) | HK$30,000-80,000+ | For a failed membrane or seepage into the flat below; scope-dependent |
| Roof waterproofing (surface coating) | from HK$130/sq ft | Adjusted for area and substrate condition |
| Roof waterproofing (full removal) | from HK$260/sq ft | Involves tile removal — requires a registered minor-works contractor |
| External wall waterproofing / crack repair | from HK$15,000 | Labour and materials; scaffolding/gondola extra |
| Window seepage repair | Quoted after on-site assessment | No reliable evidence yet for a published range |
| Surveyor report | Quoted after on-site assessment | Depends on case complexity and report purpose |
These reference prices are compiled from published market pricing and verified sources (checked 13 July 2026), not our own invoiced data. We always inspect on-site before quoting against actual scope.
Warranty terms
- Injection work: market convention around 2 years.
- Bathroom surface renewal: market convention around 1-3 years.
- Roof surface coating: market convention around 5-7 years.
- Bathroom or roof full-removal work: market convention up to 10 years.
- All warranty terms state trigger conditions in writing (e.g. what counts as a recurrence at the same spot) — we spell these out before you book, not just verbally.
Why don't some items have a published price?
Window seepage and surveyor reports don't yet have reliable enough market evidence to support a responsible published range — we'd rather be upfront about that gap than give you a number that could mislead. That's part of what our transparent-pricing promise means: publishing prices we have evidence for, and openly admitting where we don't.

Frequently asked questions
Why is injection priced per spot rather than per job?
Because the 'per spot' vs 'per job' ambiguity is exactly what the market's documented fraud pattern exploits. We agree a per-spot price and a maximum spot count in writing before work starts, so there's no room for a mid-job upsell.
Why can bathroom waterproofing prices differ by roughly 23x?
Because there are two completely different approaches — surface re-waterproofing (HK$3,500-7,000) and full strip-and-rebuild (HK$30,000-80,000+) — and which one you need depends on the condition of the membrane and structure. See the bathroom waterproofing service page for details.
Do these prices include everything?
Not necessarily. Some items (full roof removal, external-wall scaffolding) have access costs not folded into the base price. We inspect on-site and itemise everything before confirming a quote.
